Roof Inspection and Estimate
We’ll schedule a pre-work inspection and give you an estimate. You can contact us online or by phone to request your free estimate. We’ll assess and recommend the proper roofing application for you. You’ll receive a quote package including the following:
- A written quote describing the scope of work with all costs included,
- The specific material to be used on your roof,
- Guidelines for Preparation before Reroofing and other information pertinent to your needs.
Preparation for Reroofing
We’ll review the estimate with you once you understand the needed work. You’ll have to sign the quote package before any prepping or roof work can be done. The estimate will become a contract once it has your signature on it.
You will be given guidelines for re-roofing preparations to prepare for our team of Roffers, and we will schedule a time that works best for you to begin the roof work. Our team at WG will notify you when the material is expected to arrive, usually a day or same day before the scheduled roof work. Our certified roofing contractor will contact you one day before the crew arrives so you can prepare accordingly. Please make sure preparations for our roofing crew’s arrival are made from the guideline paperwork you have been given.
The Re-Roofing Job
The roofing contractor supervisor will provide daily updates about the job so you can monitor progress. The roofing contractor supervisor will be available to discuss any questions or discrepancies, and we’ll notify you if additional work is required. You’ll need to sign off any additional materials or modification orders, and cleanup will happen at the end of every day.
Roof Replacement Project Completion
Once your roof has been completed, the roofing contractor supervisor will request your attendance to perform a final quality assurance inspection. The invoice will include our quote and any change orders you signed off on. Payment is expected following the completion of the job, after passing our quality assurance inspection, and submitting all outstanding documentation for warranty registration. Upon receiving payment, you will be issued a receipt and your 10-year labor warranty.
